Just fitted these today and i think they look awesome. !!! Just ordered some led sidelights so it doesnt look as pants.

Sorry for bad pics on the phone ill get better ones if required. But you get the idea.

And my sound system as a work in progress.

I replaced them with LEDs in a strip, encased in resin.

much like the Daytime running lights on the new audi's.

The fogs are still there though for MOT/foggy weather. but tbh fogs make little difference and leds are more noticable.

That does look quite cool...wish it was with a good camera so we can have a closer look.

i thought about getting them and trying to mod bumper so you could put them under the main lights just like the new audis but yeah where you get them fella

ok for the last time they are not bright enough to be fog lights. they are merely driving light or side light strength leds so wont dazzle (except the kind where your astounded.)

Im a microelectronic engineer and got all i needed to make them through my university stores. :) they cost about £10 for the pair.

Im not too sure about relocating as they look a bit silly in the day, but i dont think putting them in front of the smic intake would be a good idea.

hi res pics

Ok ok...it was just the 1st set of pic's made them look very bright...the 2nd set of pic's give a more realistic view.

They do look good, and for that money you gotta love 'em

Great idea, was thinkin of these myself, but hmm, they look decent when dark, just need to hide them a bit better, what about between the slats on the grills at the side of the fog light?

im gonna move them to the top and see what that does for me. i think cause they are low down you can look down and see then whereas at the top they will not be as noticable.

They look good was also thinking about doing something similar on my facelift LC as i think they'd sit quiet neatly in the front bumper below the fogs where theres that gap on both sides if you get me, then taking the fogs out and using one hole for another intercooler feed and the other hole for a 2nd feed into the airbox.
