Ok guys

Need some help on what i actually need to do with my car as it failed its MOT today

It failed on a steering rack boot.

Also had 3 advisories which to be honest im not going to worry about as they can be easily cured, apparently my brakes are at 57% efficiency so im assuming they just need to be well bled??

The steering rack boot, is this a big job?? and what are the rough costs of getting this sorted?

Hope someone can help

bit akward to get to, but easy enough of a job.

screw the track rod end off the track rod (mark or measure it's original position)
remove the clips from the boot,
slide the boot off,
slide new one on
secure with new clips, track rod end back on, and get the tracking checked.
