Just traded my 2014 Dynamic Grey Ibiza Cupra (1.4t) in for a 5DR Manual Cupra 290 Blackline in Alor Blue, only option being side skirts.
How are people finding the manual? Test drove the DSG Cupra 290 and it was great, also coming from DSG i wonder whether i will miss those lazy drives.

Just a couple of quick questions: 1. Are the light blocks full LED? including turning signals and reverse lights?
2. Are the electrically folding mirrors standard on the Cupra? If so do they fold when locking your car from the key?

I believe it's full LED but I'll be honest I've not looked close enough to check, I believe so though.
Yes they are standard, press the lock button to lock the car, press and hold for a second or two and the mirrors fold. A nice feature is if you press and hold to open the car the Windows come down, great now the weather is hot!
Never had a hands-on but it's likely those standard bulbs will be prone to burning. That being said, is it difficult to replace them?
Also, how are the levers for the manual adjustment of the seats? Some reviewers criticized the low quality plastic and there's a video on Autogefühl where they managed to break the handle while pulling the driver seat on the SC model.
PS: Jesus Christ, the waiting is killing me. I'm supposed to find out today when build week is scheduled for my Cupra. Ordered on the 26th of May.

Front is full Led, rear the indicators, reverse gear and fog light are non Led.
Indicators and reverse gear you can easily mount Led yourself.

Honestly, guys! I ordered in October last year and didn't get build week confirmed until mid March with delivery mid April.
Almost same...ordered in August 15 and got it at the end of February 16

Just got 3 hours fun when I got Cupra 290 ST for testdrive (I have ordered already own 5D 290 Cupra, but car sales gave it to me when I kindly asked). Exhaust is not as loud as 5D, but when I was driving in closed parking area (underground) sound was more than fun. I had GoPro with me so I try to get example out as soon as possible.
Clips from GoPro were not so great. Too much noise was coming from cars body... only two short acceleration examples were worth to share.

oh but seriously talking it's probably where you compare it to. Can't wait to hear 290 5D version which have louder exhaust system. It's also fact that if you compare Cupra sound to S3 or Golf R it's not that loud.

Only ordered mine a few weeks ago and ours getting built next week. Haven't been told of any issue with wheels.

it was just a marketing from Seat. "New exhaust system"! Wow! But no one said that only 5D and SC will get it. So then 290ST is little bit over priced because there is no news. A lot of things was in late 280 versions (fulllink,usb in center console etc..)
But Im still very satisfied! And love it!

Actually 5D and SC exhaust system is about 5kg lighter than old 280 version had. It has also lower back pressure. Reason for having "old" exhaust for ST was more or less because Seat wanted to keep it more "family car".
