mk3 mirrors

I've read that mk3 beeza mirrors will fit a mk2. but im confused are the mk3 one's different sizes.. and if so how do you get round this.. as they look better that the golf ones on there..does anyone have the answer. any info would be great

i asked this a few months back, a search will help you find it! (Tip, the same questions come up from time to time so you can often find the answer quickly with a search)

basically it's the same base plate but the wiring is different, if i remember correctly. would like to try this mod myself.

i did a search before i posted and couldnt find anything that said one way or the other.. i might of missed some thing. i know they fit thats about it

I have a european drivers mirror in the garage (stumpy). Just need a UK passenger one (stumpy).

so is that the way you do it then. use an normal uk stumpy one on the passengers side and a euro one on the drivers. is your electic? jenk

Yep thats the way. Mine will never get fitted.

Mine are manual but the mk3 adjusters are way different to the mk2 so i would need to adjust them via pushing the glass.

You can also buy brand new foglights(NEBELSCHEINWERFER) for 22 euro's or £15 each! Which I have to say is a bargain! I've been trying to translate the pages of postage details in order to find out if its one price for postage and it doesnt matter how many items you order! Cause I reckon you could make a fortune on ebay uk as they cost £50 each there if you started selling them at £60-70 a pair! or £35-40 each!
