sorry for not posting and lack of updates !

Got car back from JBS, big thanks to all the guys for sorting the car out and getting it set up properly. Top work !

Running CC3 1.5bar map and made 303bhp on JBS rollers. Told it could run more boost with a better manifold. Still waiting for someone to make one...... !

Hi Nick, yes still got the Cupra R. Its only done about 500 miles in the last year as it has been off the road and garaged up for various reasons. (long story!)

Done a few more bits to it while it has been off the road, fitted the coilover suspension and changed all the bushes etc. Completely stripped the inner wheel arches and underside and got repainted so looks like new again.

On the interior side, done a bit more weight removal, but not too extreme, removed speakers and stereo and made a new blank dash panel instead. Removed sound proofing, but kept the carpet as didnt want it too noisy.

Got a few other bits waiting to get fitted up for the summer -

Front AP Racing two piece 305mm discs
Rear LCR calipers and AP Racing two piece 255mm discs.
Seat Sport MK1 Leon Supercopa fuel swirl pot and pump
Seat Sport Mk4 Ibiza GrpN Setrab Oil Cooler + Hoses

I am also going to finish refurbing the set of OZ alloys and get them fitted back on again.

Hopefully get her sorted out and cleaned up again soon, as covered in dust ! so can then post some updated / better pictures up.

Well I have not updated for a long while, car has done very few miles and only been out occasionaly in the past 12 months, so thought it was time to start getting back on with the project and ready for some track days.

As there has been some recent developments with mods for extracting power from the K04 setup, i have decided to carry on down this route and see what power can be achieved.

The new TSR Tubular manifold has turned up. It has had good results on the test vehicle, and if nothing else it looks the business :)

One of the turbo bolts will require a stud and a nut, as there is no way of getting to it. Also the manifold stud on number 2 runner looks like it going to be hard to reach. TSR advised easier to take the head off or the engine out. I have not decided what the plan of action is yet, am going to send off to Zircotec for ceramic coating and have a think about it !

Also couldnt miss out on the famous Badger 5 3" tip modification, which has also had excellent results, so got one in with a new Filter.

Im hoping these mods and a new map will gain a few extra bhp :)
