Just looking into the egr delete mate, did you use the standard bend coming out the egr down to the IC? If so how did you get the metal clamp off it to use a jubilee clip instead?

Cheers and yes seats are direct fit, even the airbag plug was same fitment so no messing about with wires needed.

I got an allard EGR kit using the standard bend. Just hacksaw the metal clamp off the hose and use a hose clip to attach to the allard

Looking really good mate, did that SFS TIP make much of a difference? Looking in to one for the future when I start building all my pipework up.

cheers mate, made more of a difference in sound and looks then performance, does sound better with the TIP, cant guarantee what performance gains it made though

Wrexham ? you a Demon Tweeks regular ?

Ah fair enough, have been considering one for if I ever go down the BT route. Would at least look better that the standard pipe!

I pop there on occasion, most recently for aluminium ducting and silicone hose! Lol.

I think its the CV boot securing clip that's pushing into the boot causing a small split and when the driveshafts turning its turned a small rip into complete destruction, it would of been better with a cable tie or something more low profile then the metal securing clip

Dude there are a set of big rear brakes on eBay at the moment ;) 256mm's!
What size are those brembo stickers you bought as I will be needing some! Mines going to have a makeover when I'm back so we will have to arrange a little meet or something....

ok so the clutch and DMF has gone bang and ive put an order in with darkside developments for a stage 2 sachs clutch and SMF, which is costing over £1100. Iam wondering at this stage if i should put the money towards a BMW 330D, as mines clocked 192k now and the 330d is quicker then a stage 1 mapped FR TDI 150. Gonna cost me about £1500 to get to 195bhp in the FR ?

just not sure if id make a mistake changing the leon, i like the 330D's but there 10 a penny everywhere ?

If you're going to mod the 330 as well though it will be ongoing cost and you're nearly there with yours. Better the devil you know or time for a change only you can decide but I'd say stay at it and finish what you started

i might have to, the 330d's are just out my price range at the moment, maybe a car to look at in a year or two
