As m0rk says thats the RR plot of thye early map, since then it's been back to Revo a couple of times for tweaks and everytime it comes back it improves. I can't speak for other tuners but I know Revo update there codes quite often.

I think if you have proof of purchase I think you can i'm not aware of any costs, As some dealers have reflashed Ecu's and I believe they will put Revo back on, as long as you are the one who purchased it.

@djhorace - what graph it is that you've posted in that other thread? I mean what car/map?

10bhp or 15bhp on the road makes zero difference anyway........can't see what all the fuss is about

I remember similar threads to this many years ago. It's like Deja vu :D

Agreed and having reading the whole thread that De Ja Vu moment came back to me, Cue 20 pages of c0ck waving and people thinking headline figures are everything then counter arguments of Dyno Lottery, delivery and drivability etc

point taken but it must have been said the first time for reason so new people want to say it their first time just like you lot did on the MK1 section.

The sad reality is that to joe bloggs on the street reads headline figures that look good on paper, and in the main it's those headline figures that sell a tuners product.

Max Power and the like would have you believe 10bhp makes all the difference in the world

As we all know Rolling Roads can be fiddled to suit results or they are just run badly by operators, hence the phrase Dyno Lottery.

Hopefully on forums like this people can make a considered opinion based on the shape of the graph and the delivery of power, the backup and support from the tuner if things go wrong etc. However, this type of analysis is harder to digest than figures.
