Isnt that special 118?
yeh apparently. If you look on millteksport.com then it only lists special 118 (which is oval) or twin jet, and thats for FR or Cupra
JKM list "single 118 oval" or twin jet too.So it looks to me like "special 118" and "single 118 oval" are the same thing
