i know which one i would rather have ;)

I think you are talking about the Corrado. But i would much rahter prefer the top of the range calibra to the top of the range Corrado.

Calibra 2.0 turbo 4x4 puts modern cars to shame. Faster than the new FR? Full leather as standard(later models), air con, and even thought he vr6 engine is tunable, its alot cheaper to tune the calibra/cavalier c20let

Only just saw these, hmmmmmmmm, I love them. You dont get many euro white wheels so these will be a little different. Will they be fitted in time for GTI inters??

i'd still have the corrado. theres more to life than power, theres such a thing as prestige, and the corrado is still reputed to be the best handling VW ever built.

i think it was hammond who described the corrado as one of few 90's coupes that weren't embarassing to be seen stepping out of.... i agree! if only it was rear wheel drive, i think it would tick just about every box going!

Well Jase, Seein' as Im an 'ex' Astra Nut, Im quite amused about the Calibra wearing the same rims.. seems they must have been 'THE' rims at one time over in the Greater Bavarian Regions.. (either that of the factory in Germany making them must have been kicking them out on 'piece-work' or something..

Mig, Ideally want to get the car sitting a tad lower before I fit the rims ;)

Chris.. as you know , fella.. "The HELL with the 'norm'... :)

I could proably get them on by the end of the week, Chris, but Im sitting at standard ride-height at the moment, so it would look like a Massey Ferguson being green an all ;)
