I took the aerial off mate if you take the headlining down at the back it's a 22mm nut holding it on undo that disconnect it and off it comes
well
1. Lay it vinyl face down to get the rough size
2. Make sure roof is super clean
3. Spray with water lots of water on the roof to enable you to move it
4. Now you have to be really quick with this bit or the vinyl
will stick to the paper backing, put it paper aide down and quickly remove the paper backing from
underneath
5. Pull it tight by the corners and lay it on. Then start to squeege out the water from the centre of the roof
6. Once water is out the edges tend to ripple a bit with it been a curved roof, so you will need to get a heat gun/ hair dryer to stretch the vinyl to get rid of the bubbles. Then get a sharp knife and cut to size
Once it's cut to size heat the edges and push them down this will seal the edges
you will get bubbles to get rid of them I just knicked them with the knife and push the air out and once it's shrunk on after a week or so they will disappear
and cal91 I got it off eBay it was 28 quid
just put in black roof vinyl and it's the stuff with a picture of a golf as the picture
size was 1220x2200 this will give you enough to do wing mirrors covers like I did if you want too
hope this helps you! End result is so worth all this work!
