Lowering car, cheap options please

Hi there, I'm going to be getting some new wheels for my ibiza soon and thought about lowering it at the same time, what would be the cheapest way to lower it? I know cheap usually means bad, but I'm always on a budget

cheapest way is to just buy some lowering springs however down the line you will ned new shocks etc so you will end up buying a new kit
