All runs done in 3rd gear from 2500rpm to red line ... wanting to retain my licence I wasnt happy doing them in 4th gear.

Log 115 shows that you actual boost tails off against specified after 5000 revs
Log 118 shows that the waste gate is almost fully closed at 95%

Is your car mapped? The only reason i ask is that the requested boost after 5000rpm is similar to mine, but mid range boost is well down. I was concerned to see that your wastegate is at 95% at 5000rpm but the actual boost appears to be quite a bit below from that point on.

Could be that your K03s is running out of puff, but mine is achieving similar requested boost levels with the wastgate only 85% closed. In short this could be a small boost leak. Try running 115 against 118 on the same log for a true comparison.

Timing adaption looks fine to me

Thanks for the input fella... Awesome GTi have looked at it and they cant find anything wrong with it and suggest using the rolling road @ £105+VAT per hour ...
