Maybe just cheaper to break a window....

Find out which cost less though... maybe the side ones....

Sorry about your mishap... good luck with it... maybe post a reply after so you can help others in future...

this sounds silly to me, so im going to get flamed for posting it anyway.

apparently there is a major flaw with the security system on the leons? hence why some de-lock? i've a vague idea on what it is but never read it anywhere

someone should pm him if they know!

Kirkcaldy!!
or if you can do without a car for a couple of days the SEAT dealer can order a new already cut key for your car for about 50 quid!! only took 2 days when i lost my key!!

that way you have a spare key to then open your car in the future aswell and the money will be better spent :p

Is the LCR different from the LC??? Or do you have some aftermarket security fitted?

My LC doesn't lock its self unless you unlock it and don't open a door within a minute or something then it re-locks and alarms itself again...

Just curious...

I did this with my mk2 golf gti, problem being my son who was about 6mths old was sat in his car seat at the time, whoops!!! Normally being a dab hand with a wire coat hanger,i could've got in but luckily, the RAC made a swift entrance and saved him...not that he was bothered! Think they used the old strip of metal with the nick out of it,dad has about 6 of them i think, must swipe one...knowing me though i'd keep it in the boot:D On another note, tried the old mobile phone trick the other week with my mates mk3 ibiza and it worked which did quite surprise me....
