Model Year 23/24 light popping sound when turning at very low speeds

Hi guys

Ive noticed a popping sound when im turning at very slow speeds(couple of MPH) usually when im reversing, can also feel it through the steering wheel. Almost feels like a spring slipping spring.

Car is a v1 150 24 plate
