Light on on dash?

I just recently had autoart drls fitted.. They've been fine but today got car washed and a light has come on in dash :/ why is this?
Also the lights steam up in the corner.. Has anyone else had this problem? :/

Regarding the lights steaming up, make sure they're fitted correctly and are 100% sealed and there's no hole or crack anywhere.

By light you mean error, right? If so, what does it say on the MFD screen? If you have the smaller screen which doesn't say what the error is, then I suggest using a VAG-COM cable or visiting a local garage that has it in order to identify the error. Go around the car and make sure all the lights are working correctly, I am sure one of them is out which is why you're getting the light error.

Yeh that's what I meant, and it was coming on when I fitted the lights Aswell but soon as they were turned on the error light would go off.. But not it just stays on and I've checked all around the car all lights are working

Are you sure that the DRLs are actually can-bus compatible? I have a feeling you need LED resistors in order to overcome the error message, or a vag-com cable to just disable it although I am not too sure if the latter would work and stop it from coming back.

The guy who fitted it for me said he put all resistors and stuff in... It's confusing :s

How about you pay the guy another visit? If he did fit resistors correctly, they shouldn't give errors at all whether the lights are on or off. Perhaps one of the resistors died or something, they are known to be pretty weak and not withstand time.
