lever identification required .. help please

hya peeps, me again, i have a dseat ibiza 1995 diesel. at the side of the steering column is a lever. can someone tell me if this is a manual choke? i need to replace it and don't know what the name is of that part. thanks in advance, liza 283

cold start cable or choke as you say, just point out it's a diesel and i'm sure a decent parts guy will figure out what you need, in fact try a few of our own here if it helps ?

#1 cable - 6k2 711 501

#4 lever on end - 6k2 711 503

hya, the diagram shown in the reply looks like it. its numbered i noticed. the part i need is the one marked 4. it snapped off. do i have to buy the whole assembly? it was also mentioned that you can obtain parts from here?? or am i mistaken? when i search for the part, what is that number 4 part called? does it have a technical name? many thanks guys, you're all very helpful, whether its because im female that i cant seem to make myself understood when i try and explain to peeps. thanks again guys. liza283 :happy:
