Leon Mk1 CD Changer

Hi all,
Has anyone had any problems with/know how to fix it when CD magazine gets stuck in the head unit?

I had this problem when i bought my car and found out that a small peice of plastic was broken off it and caused it to jam

is it still under warranty? if so take it back to the dealer.

Had this problem myself.
I took out the changer from the glove box, disconnected the wire, then re-connected the wire. Then it worked again. Try that.
