I ordered the extra 18" wheels on mine too, they are not amazing but a hell of a lot better than the 17", dont know what they were thinking sticking them on.. a set of decent wheels can really set a car off

If you are considering the 18's why not go for the 18's then sell them, then get some lightweight 18's to help the acceleration? Once the wife starts kerbing then I can wangle them onto the car

Am I the *only* one who prefers the style of the 17's??? I thought they looked really different and that the 18's were, well, boring in comparison.

I take the point on them filling the arches better though.

Nope I like my 17" alloys. And today some of my colleagues commented on how different they looked and they liked them.
Personally I like the standard 17" alloys, but each to his own, I'm not going to criticise anyone who chooses new wheels I just did not feel it was worth it.
