leon fr 150 DTUK vs A45 Amg

just thought I would like to share this experience on Wednesday I was driving back from a visit to a customer I came off a motor way island with this A45 amg in front now I now very well that these things get a move on so I was expecting him to leave me for dead we both went round the island and back up the motor way slip road we both floored it is sounding like a gattling gun going off this bloke was well shocked in his A45 when he was only 2 car lengths in front and not gaining much ground
so I would like to say thank you DTUK for giving me the extra to surprise the very surprised A45 owner

I thought that but a bit of fun sometimes is good probs a bit of both he did wind down is window and said that thing shifts I said to him with a smile its not bad for a diesel pal so I would expect more from spending 40k plus

4wd....360-380bhp depending on model year.....0-60 in around 4.3...double that for the 150 FR? Think you need to wake up

NO **** Sherlock... I have driven them also great car I now the stats as I have put this on with a bit of fun I am fully aware even the mighty 290 cupra would not stand much of a chance
so chill out stop making a bit of fun into a slanging match

sorry Lentaja I still don't think you understand the English sense of having a bit of fun ya right if you would care to read the thread a bit more careful I did not say any ware I would expect to beat him which in my humble fr 150 diesel more like close to 200 now that I would have any chance what`s so ever its called having a bit of F.U.N which some people have a lack of projecting so take the chill pill unwind and have some fried vendace (coregonus albula) have a great day

What Garry means guys, is the A45 was accelerating as he always does, casually out of the roundabout in no rush and our 150 TDI man here was foot pressed hard to the floor and just about holding with him (but still losing ground).

Then we get a tale of how he rolled the window down and said something. Has anyone ever experienced anyone rolling their window down and saying anything along the lines of "That thing shifts"? Nope. Especially not some guy casually accelerating out of a roundabout in his A45.
