Leon 1.6 TDI Soot level resetting high

Hi all,
I have a 66 plate Leon 1.6TDI.

I recently bought a carista ODB and using various apps, including VAG DPF I checked the status of my DPF as I can never make a trip without regeneration on.
So today I had my first run and the sensor showed around 23gr at the start.
Although the app said that usually regeneration is not started at that level, the clear after a couple of minutes started regeneration.
It went all the way down to 5gr to then reset itself back up at 21gr while driving. Again back down to around 6grams and back up to 22gr.
It basically never goes out of regeneration!

Faulty sensor? DPF completely full the sensor has no idea what is going on? Any suggestion?

I'm starting to investigate this issue because I can only manage about 350 miles with a full tank while my old 20 years old ford focus managed 550 (real data, not from computer)

I can post logs etc if you guys think it's worth it.

Can you see both the Soot Mass Measured and Soot Mass Calculated ?
I'm suspecting that your Soot Mass Measured value triggers the regen, since I had a similar problem in my Octavia vrs ( also EA288 engine family ) and it turned out to be a clogged DPF. Got it manually cleaned and it's working fine I'm guessing, getting a regen every 250-300km while driving mostly out of the city and around 100-150km with complete city driving.
