I got those from that seller and didnt work when sent back for refund had to paypal dispute to get money back. They claimed that it took 5 weeks from me sending it for them to receive it. (1ST class post) and miraculously it turned up the day after paypal ruled they had to refund me.

Also you can disable the bulb check through vagcom. See DanGBs thread on vagcom for that.

Im having issues with mine, whenever I start my car it reports left sidelight is out. I then need to turn the lights to off from "auto" then onto Sidelights wait for the light to go off and then put it back on auto

its very odd

i've swapped the bulbs over, same problem

After trying a few different types of canbus leds I eventually bought an led resistor from HID-direct which works fine with no problems.

I had the same problems with some so called Can-bus friendly ones. In the end I bought a vag-com cable and disabled the cold diagnostics for the lights and it's all good.

Where can I buy a VAG COM Cable form? Do I need some software to use it? If I disable to lights, can I enable them again at a later date?

Sorry for the Q's, complete novice here and no idea where to start lol

Cheers
