Another problem has cropped up on my LCR.

When it rains, water collects on the foot step under the driver's side door. So when I open the door after it has been raining and am not thinking, it floods out and I end up getting wet feet!

I have checked the seals but cannot see anything obvious.

Can anyone help?

Many thanks.

had a look but difference is my footwells are bone dry. The water only pools directly under the door and that's it.

Check the drain holes in the rubber seal on the bottom of the door, also i would say (unless you really clean your car propperly) that the seal will also be full of crap, fold the rubber flap under the door back, and run some tissue or rag down it to clean the rubber out. Failing this not sorting your problem, cut a small amount of the rubber seal away with a sharp stanly knife to alow the water to escape. :) Hope that makes sence.
