Leak on body frame

Was just checking underneath the car and noticed a leak of some sort, doesn't smell of diesel, oil, coolant. Rubbed my finger and it's pretty thick.
It's on the frame right above the control arm.

Any ideas ?

Either brake oil or water from AC

Like condensation from the AC ? fair point, maybe that's it although I haven't used the AC in a while. It's on the right side only.
I'll have to get it on air to check properly.
Checking from the engine bay don't see anything leaking nor leak marks.

Yes condensation from AC, could also be rain...

The ABS pump is there, on the right side I dont know of any other fluids there

If it was the abs pump leaking don't you think that paint would be all corroded?
I hope it's not the pump, I recently changed the brake fluid, didn't loose any and don't have any problems with braking.
