Many, many people have done this in the past with no ill effects. 10mm front and 15mm rear are the best combination of looks, handling and safety.

correct me if im wrong, but anything other than hubcentric wont actually sit right. As it was put to me, trying to change a tyre on your own, trying to line up the spacer and hold the wheel was a near on impossibility.

i have no idea but now that you mention it, think i will just get the eibachs

cheers

Ive got 15mm on the front and 10mm on the back, and they were a pig to fit getting the right bolts etc. I also had a look at the cheap and chearful universal spacers from Halfrauds and to be honest i wouldnt put them on my lawnmower ! Definitly worth spending the money considering the importance of them.

The track is wider at the front as standard - so you should even up the difference nicely with some narrow spacers :)

Agreed. That's why people always (with the odd exception, such as Empi5) fit the wider spacers to the back, as it evens things up nicely :)

Top end of what you can expect to pay, but a fair price if they are decent spacers.

Speak to Bill @ Badger 5 though, just to compare prices ;)

I'm seriously considering getting some but don't know whether to get 10mm or15/16mm for the back. Any opinions guys? I'm gonna leave the front as it is for now.

These are the ones i'm thinking of getting:

Mate, i cant honestly remember, but Im sure i ordered those to start with and they didnt fit or were not suitable for the LCR. Sorry its not much help, but from what i can recall, there is no guide hole to line them up. And there wasnt enough lip for them to sit flush.

Wish i could be more help mate, but i didnt do the work on them , the garage did. They had to fit perfect otherwise they were not happy to let the car go, which is understandable.

Im sure Badger Bill supplies Spacers as well, maybe he can offer better advice.

Im sure i ended up getting the FK Spacers, which were modified to fit.

I’m interested in getting some for the rear too, but where do you get the longer bolts from?
