brill thanks for that! how much lower would you say is left to drop them if you wanted to? also how do you find the ride? my current weitec springs and standard dampers are what id call bangy if that makes sense, hoping for something abit more forgiving, not looking for something to rag around a track or anything just want a more comfortable ride, if that makes sense lol?

I've got no complaints with the ride quality mate. I find it great and its definately not too hard. You'll not regret getting them.

wow, pretty cheap for what they are really.

stance looks spot on btw mate.

how much difference did you notice in handling over standard with these?

Cheers mate . My car handles great now, I had already fitted:
Audi S3 front upper strut brace
Hughes engineering rear upper strut brace
mk4 Golf R32 23mm front anti roll bar
Neuspeed 25mm rear anti roll bar set on stiffest
Also got 11mm spacers on the front and 16mm spacers on the back to help with the stance

They're definately worth doing, car handles and rides alot better now and it no longer looks like a 4x4;)
