You've got a huge boost leak. Your n75 is at 100% all the time.
I meant block 31 not 32, but it looks like the block 32 suggests that the maf is seeing more air than is going into the engine, so the car is cutting back fuel by 22% to maintain the correct fueling.
Your turbo is moving the air in, and maf values look ok, but the air isn't getting to the engine. BOOST LEAK!!
Check that none of your hoses have split near the jubilee clips. Turbo outlet is usualy the first to go. Don't forget to check the pressure hose to the dv and n75 from the turbo outlet pipe.
