It's hitting/exceeding requested at 4,000 so hopefully it's not that, but it's dead peaky, and it's no where near requested up to 4k, and then from 4.5k onwards.

As i said log 115 and 118, along with a separate log of 003 and 032.
118 will tell you what the n75 is doing, with 003 telling you airflow and timing, and 032 telling you fueling.
Could be a screwey n75, maf, map, or a boost leak, vacuum leak, dodgy dv, amongst many others.
Post the logs. I'll take a look. It doesn't sound like a turbo problem.
Wilko I did what you said logging 118 and it never reaches 100%! What does that mean? It reaches 95% Then drops to 92% at the red line 
Been out and got some logs. It's baaaaaaddddd, car felt even worse today

You've got a huge boost leak. Your n75 is at 100% all the time.
I meant block 31 not 32, but it looks like the block 32 suggests that the maf is seeing more air than is going into the engine, so the car is cutting back fuel by 22% to maintain the correct fueling.
Your turbo is moving the air in, and maf values look ok, but the air isn't getting to the engine. BOOST LEAK!!
Check that none of your hoses have split near the jubilee clips. Turbo outlet is usualy the first to go. Don't forget to check the pressure hose to the dv and n75 from the turbo outlet pipe.

My N75 shoots straight up to 95% from 4,000 rpm onwards would that explain that i might have a boost leak and why i can hear my turbo screaming around 4,000 rpm and not reaching requested boost?
Mark yours boosts well midrange you getting 2540 where i'm only getting 2350 at 4,500 rpm and holds it!
Stage 2 REVO, certainly feel it now, comes in later than stage 1 did, certainly helps having the the FMIC for the temps though.
