Holy ****, I send my remapper a sms which then called me!

He also said that it was way out! He said it was targeted to 0.780, so thoose figures was not acceptable at all! He suggested we got had a ring with a plug, so we could measure some real AFR values!

meltet spark plugs

Might have a look at my spark plugs, if they are meltet, the possibility is that anything else also could be, and vice versa...

Unless you've been driving the car hard you should be ok, it will run seriously hot when its that lean. However, if its using oil it may have affected your bore liners/cylinder walls, piston rings or the pistons themselves. I wouldn't be driving the car until you get a new map on it and verify the fuelling is correct.

Ohhh... found some pictures from my previous spark plugs, changed them 2000 km ago.

They do indeed seem pretty white... Dont know why the heck I didnt tought over that!

http://www.espeloev.dk/carpics/ At least they are not meltet, an the insulate seems OK.

Will check the ones in the car, if they look the same, the engine might survived!.

Yes, very white so its definitely running much too lean. Just a pointer, you should really be running NGK PFR6Q plugs in the 1.8T. BKR6ES11 or BKR7ES11s aren't really suited to taking that sort of punishment.
