LCR front splitter on New FR??

The LCR splitter is about £19 and can be purchased from your local seat dealer.
It does need to be modified to fit to a newer Mk2 leon... instructions on this site somewhere (use the search
)
Just did mine today, was a bit of a pain but pretty happy with it.
Mines an FR but the front grill is painted black

Lots of masking tape, about 10 half inch self-tapping screws and an extra pair of hands is helpful. I pretty much followed the guides on the mk4 ibiza section and Leon mk1, were both helpful.
Im not set on it just yet, not sure if it 'goes' as well as it does on say mk4 ibizas or mk1 leons but going to keep it on for a few days and see if i like it or not

I'm on the fence, it does look good, but I'm not sure about the side bits, plus I think it will look different on a black car too
Then again, I guess its a little extra protection for the lower bumper from speed bump grounding ?

I hadnt planned on colour coding but might photoshop one to see, didnt need to cut it at all, it needed to be bent a bit while screwing it on because the LCR is more squared than the Mk2 leon but the size is pretty perfect.

I think it would look better if you had some cupra black wing mirrors and a black grill. It would match nice then. I shall get some black mirrors and the grill for mine i think. Any chance of a photoshop of what your yellow FR would look like with a black grill and mirrors with the splitter??

There you go Moley RUFC, black cupra mirrors
And with the colour coded splitter, although not my cup of tea was a good idea, may look better on the standard FR bumbers

That does it for me with the black mirrors!!!! Superb. With a black grille it will look amazing really set the splitter off
