okay ppl, this may need some head scratching to be done. Cause tonight thats exactly wat im doing.
on sunday nite after gettin a mickey d's was comin back up the dual carriageway, and it happened
the little temp guage went off the scale and the little red light was on, and beeping till the cows come home.
pulled over and let her cool, finally got her home. run a few checks to see if it was cuttin the fans in etc. seemed to be working intermitantely (not great on spelling)
so monday morning straight into the local workshop Nassa Performance. replaced the fan switch on the lower section of the rad as it was nackered. also got it service whilst in the shop.
jumped in took it for a spin seemed fine, then the same piece of dual carriageway and wham the exact little guage and red light, so crawled to the workshop and thats wen the head scratching began again,
he's kept it over nite and gonna do some more checks in the morning but its confusing him and me hence im asking U's.....
WERE THE **** DO I START!
he talked abt the head gasket, which ive never heard going tits up on one of these, but it has also asked the question of the water pump impellor.
if ne one has had these problems or no's how to help, wud be greatly appreciated cheers!
