Hi folks,

Newbie looking for some advice!

I’ve recently took delivery of a new Cupra Leon VZ2 2.0 245 and was wondering if it’s possible to code the car to have some of the smart assistant settings to default off rather than on. Namely the lane assist, start stop and front assist?

I’ve never used Carista or OBD 11 before but have heard that this may be an option? Or would I be better getting someone to code it?

Sorry if this is already covered elsewhere! I did have a look!

Thanks! ?

Unless it's changed on the very latest cars it's an easy job with VCDS or similar.

I set mine to "remember last setting". It's been off ever since!

Yeah I've used OBD11 to turn off the lane assist by default (and also decode the warning when it's turned off). Start/Stop I've been meaning to do but you can code it via a required voltage limit from what I've read.

Hi,
I wouldn’t have a clue how to do this myself? Do people offer it for payment? Would it void warranties or insurance claims though??
Thanks
