I am having the same problems with a '99 Mk2 Toledo. Has anyone sorted this problem? I bought a flip key and cannot get my car into learning mode!

Can anyone help? Thanks in advance!

I too had a problem with my key fob which i was advised required programming. After searching the forum and trying the thing s i found, I unfortunately had to go to the main dealers to purchase a new key fob and get it re-programmed by them all at a cost of approx 65 quid. I think it worked out at 30 quid for the re-program ming and 35 quid for the key fob.
Hope this helps
