You what? I actually said I LIKED the car, wasn't slating it.

Plus I came across this RR thread - Read the first page, with pics and info on what was written about the car (and at THAT time then, what needed doing), dont have the time right now to read the other FOURTY pages of ass licking and updates, so just wrote some positive feedback on the car. Problem?

Seems like the lesson has been learned :duck:

Willie was pointing out that the MK2 Leon has more tuning potential than the MK1 Leon.

Example - MK1 Leon Cupra R 225bhp remaps to 260bhp (35bhp gain)
MK2 Leon Cupra 240bhp remaps to 300bhp (60bhp gain)

Add on bolt ons and you are looking at another 20-30bhp or so to bring it closer to 280-290bhp for the MK1 LCR and another 60-80bhp to make 360-380bhp on the MK2 Leon Cupra.

He also pointed out that Kat's bumpers are fine now the car has been painted :)

I am pretty sure Kat will agree with this too ;)

Yes actually, I do. You know I really appreciate your first comment, and sadly I was working so could not reply sooner. Had I not been working, I would have replied thanking you and then continue to explain that my car is now probably one of the best OEM looking Mk1s out there, and probably the mintest one too. Had you actually read my thread, you would have seen I spent £1500 on a full respray two months ago (not partial, it was in bodyshop for 6 weeks), and roughly a further £2000 restoring it back to 'original' condition and on tasteful modifications. Just because Im a young female of 23, doesn't mean I don't know what Im doing. This is my dream car, obviously not ultimate dream car, but being so young I had a price limit and insurance made it harder for me to get anything faster. Its not exactly a 'fast car', but hell it does the trick for me.

Anything nice you have to say, or even bad comments/opinions of my car, I really appreciate, but ass licking? That I don't. It's called banter sweetheart, you should try it sometime...

There's always going to be a certain amount of asslicking because you're female

I love forum banter :D

Should I say your car rawks, or would that be too asslicky?

Yeah, I may be female, but I recon I could give any of you lads a run for your money ;)

I love forum banter too, many take it too seriously. :)

You can say whatever you like! :D I don't mind!

Haha, I was in the same state this morning tbh. But I just watched footy allday! :p

They come out well. Did you spray them?

I'll be interested to see how low you can go with the V2's. Once your on the road though, they'll feel awesome.
