A FMIC is a front mounted intercooler this aids cooling and helps drop the intake temps therefore more usable power across the rev range - they are fantastic when you out the boost levels up!

We can hit the 200hp mark but this is pushing the turbo a fair bit.

Cheers again for the replies guys. I have to be honest this is my work horse so I am not really keen on the idea of a FMIC, unless they are fairly cheap. lol

What are the boundries of the standard intercooler, power wise?

Do the custom code maps get done on the road, rollers, or are they just uploaded? Same goes for the Bell Autos.

My map for the standard car will have road testing only , this is because i think there is no real extra gain from spending hrs on the dyno for a standard car.

I "think" that most stage one maps are all simlar in power to each other.

This is only my asumption and not to be taken as exact as i dont work for nor have seen many other tuners maps.

I take it you can still limit your maps on the road to limit torque low down and still hold it through the rev range, as well as making good power? What do you charge for this service? I have added you to my MSN as well btw.

has ne1 out there got a fr 130 ibiza over 200brake even wit uprated clutch? ne1 give me advice thinkin bout moddin mine an jus tell me what all i should do.... lookin over 200! ie clutches, coolers, zausts,coilovers prettymuch everything lol
