I recently bought a Seat Leon FR 170 2.0 Diesel 2009. The car would be fine on start up, once I’d drove then come to a stand still the car would sit at 1000rpm rather than the usual 750/800rpm then also judder but the rev counter would be steady and not bounce around, I recently had a boost pipe on the lower intercooler(drivers side)changed which I thought was the issue as I’d drove 50plus miles afterwards with no problems and smoother than ever. But the problemcame back, also it sounds like once I accelerate it sounds like a slight whooshing sound from the middle of the engine bay as I ease up the accelerator.
Has anyone ever had this type of problem before? Genuinely stuck and I’m at the point not knowing what to do with the car. It drives fine but sometimes feels like it’s lost power then it would come back again. Maybe a air leak elsewhere?
