Jacking up

If you jack the sills use a block of wood on the jack to spread the load as the jack head bends the sill lip over
(and it takes ages to bend them back again and straighten them out!!)
And place axle stands on subframe bolts on front and i use a block of wood on the axle stand on the sill for the rear

would be extremely careful using a piece of wood. its not sturdy with something that isnt fixed in between.
