been looking in to getting the cupra remapped... hence y i am selling a **** load of stuff :)

as i do not believe in remapping a car with out a rolling road setup (every car is different so a generic setup cant be the best for every car) i decided i would give jabba motorsport a try always known about them so here goes

http://www.jabbasport.com/vehicle_preview.asp?variantid=85#

as u can see £425 rolling road setup...

has any one had this done... what is the car like to drive if so... clutch wear etc etc

thanks

I'm sure you will be very happy with the end product but a stage 1 remap whether Jabbasport or 90% of other tuners is pretty much the same.

The rolling road figures you get are a nice extra and great for forum sig's and pub talk too ;)

pretty much the same isnt good enough for me... sorry but i have seen wat can happen when something is out by a fraction. a rolling road setup is tailored to EACH car as an individual surely this is why they claim more bhp to a remap as its safer to go further :)

Thought the rolling road was the main difference between a stage 1 remap (generic) and a stage 2. I'd only go for stage 2 is you have aftermarket products i.e full replacement of exhaust, induction kit, depending upon which model you'll need a FMIC.

They will then adapt the mapping software to utilise the modifications and hopefully it will produce more bhp and torque.

Hello

I had my Pd130 remapped at Jabba only a week a go, all I can say is, why didn't I do this sooner !!! Same with most remapping I guess.

I highly rate the guys at Jabba, only arse is if your in for a rolling road session, about 3-4 hours or so, take a mate in another car or a book, there is not much else to do while you wait, unless I was missing something !

basically, great people, great service and great afterservice, I'll be going back when they sort their hybrid turbo conversion :)

I had just the generic remap, so for £325, a bargain (as a shocked 4.2 V8 A6 found out yesterday).
