Well guys, from experience I know of a MK3 Ibiza running 36PSI of boost on a REVO remap.
Yup 36PSI.
This car was fitted with a Forge adjustable actuator and it's strongest spring.

The owner tried to RR it @ 36PSI and the rollers couldn't cope with it.

But how long it would last is anyones guess

im not sure this would be such a good idea. my mate has just had to rebuild his engine in his audi S3 as it went bang big time. he took it back to the garage he bought it from who refused to look after him so he got in an independant assessor who`s engineer said the cause was the turbo actuator had been changed which had destroyed the engine. its in the courts now to see how much the garage will pay him, though they say it wasnt them that actually changed anything but the previous owner.

the car wash ;)
as above save up and re-map mate its an easier option as youre then covered if anything goes wrong wich shouldnt as the maps have been tested, yes winding the actuator in will give a higher boost pressure but as already stated the engines o/e ecu set up wont cope and it WILL go into limp mode causing youre car to be as quick as a 1.1 punto :(
