to be honest guys im being put off buying a K03s, look at it this way, PhilW is making 209BHP with a std. K03, but if we fit a new TIP, turbo, 4B ar FPR, turbo back exhaust and induction but yet Jock from westec reckons i'll only make 220-230BHP with the above, is it really worth the hassle and expense?

It's not all about the bhp figures. It's only a peak figure, the KO3s although only slightly larger than the K03 does hold boost longer, therefore more usable power band. .

if your happy to pay for it your nearest seat dealer will happily supply you with one for good money!

just keep hears to ground, there are often nearly new or rebuilt ones for sale in various places.

Yeah but i have the tip for it, and will be gettin a 4bar and dp and cat so a ko3s would be an easy one for me to change to. Which i will do in the next few months.

I dont know, depends on what i think of the ko3s.


Its a lot of money to go further tho, power i would be lookin at would require brembos or bigger, lsd, clutch and the turbo work. A lot of moolah, i think i would just get a faster car to be honest. We'll wait and see.

I think a DP and cat, 4bar and stage 2 will make it a lot quicker on its own tho.

Been thinking the same recently. Might go K03s been as I have everything else pretty much in place. Then save for some jap turbo action.
Insurance on Evo still silly.. always wanted a Supra Twin Turbo and insurance is silly - cheap! All good!
