Is a mk3 cupra suitable to use on the track?

ive taken my car around brands hatch a few times. i have coilovers, uprated pads and discs, arb's and a good set of tyres etc etc and my car stuck around the track! absolutely loved it, until my intercooler pipe blew off and they had to towe me off and i held up a bunch of cars!!!LMAO

Sounds like im looking at a fair bit of money even to upgrade the basics ?

Are there any other brakes up to the job rather than brembos, i.e would a new disc and pad setup work ?

brembo discs and ds2500 pads with motul rbf600 is what he will say to use
