Insurance woes

Well had my car fixed after some inconsiderate woman hit the back of my car this was some 3 years ago nearly to the day i took my car apart 2 months ago and the rear of the car didnt look right i took the crash bar off and it was bent i purchased another bar and put them side by side and the one on my car was bent in the area i had been struck,

also on the lower part of the rear of the car was bent up and where the paint had split started to corrode ive spoken to my insurance company who delt with it who said it would be covered under warrenty but im not happy taking my car back to this repair centre as i have had nothing but shoddy service and appaling customer care from them

is anyone on here got any clues on where i stand i mean i wouldnt have found the faults if i handnt of stripped the car down im not happy to say the least..

When i had my shunt i could choose any body shop of my choice, Its your car your choice!

As above, your choice mate. Tell them you're not prepared to take it back to the same garage but want it fixed by someone else of your choice.

thats doable is it cos i must say the last place were absolutely attrocious and really wound me up,
