Installing a turbo timer

Does anyone knows what happens with the immobilizer when installing a turbo timer on your car?I own a leon fr tdi,and on monday i am installing a turbo timer apex i,but i just come up with this question today.Is there any matter of security dangers with installaation of tt?
Does anyone else have done that?Please post a pic.I am really troubled about the way its gonna be placed...

Personally I dont think its worth it. Why dont you just drive casualy for the last few minutes of the journey, or just let the engine run for 30 seconds before you get out the car. I really think turbo timers are a bit of a placebo.
