Hi everyone I just wondered if anyone could provide a guide on how to fit a maxton design rear diffuser to a facelift model. Understand they don't come with fixings which I think is dog **** for the money but seen people mention tiger seal if so where do you spread it also of using sell tapping screws then what size screws should you get for the job ? Any help appreciated cheers thanks

I bought the Rieger diffuser and am happy with that decision when I see your comment. The Rieger comes with mounting hardware and how-to instructions. See my post in my RR for some guidance:

For the Rieger you also have to drill some holes in the trim to allow for some screws.

Before I had the Maxton diffuser fitted I was contemplating between that and Rieger. As other members have reported the Maxton is a pita to fit but it goes deeper than the Rieger. So if you're going to fit it yourself maybe choose the Rieger? If you're gonna have it fitted you can go with the Maxton and iirc it needed two screws and for extra protection my mechanic glued it with the same type of glue that is used for the windscreen.
