As the title says, for some reason my indicators have stopped blinking when I lock the car. All doors and boot and bonnet are firmly shut.

Also I am not sure if this is connected but my drivers electric window will only open 3/4 of the way down!?!?!?

Would any of these show up in Vagcom? Has anyone ever heard of this before?

Ok the flashing indicators is the only problem now. I have sorted the window by pulling the fuse and replacing it!!

I have looked on vagcom but cant see anywhere for disabling/enabling the indicators. But the locking from the key fob works fine, so the indicators must just be disabled, so does anyone know how to get them back on?

hmm possible it could be tha hazard light switch

Quick question on the hazard lights for my own Arosa;

My hazard lights only work when the button is pressed on the dash and the indicator selector is moved either up or down? Any idea why this is and is there a fix?

Sounds like the hazard switch.

I had the same thing on my arosa, the lights stopped working when using the button on the key to unlock/lock it.

Try and see if your hazards still work, mine didnt.

wabbit1: could be the same probelm for you too, i never checked if mine worked like that when the hazards were broken

Got ine sorted! Was a simple blown fuse!! I narrowed it down to a cheap mobile phone charger I had bought. Keeps blowing the fuse for the hazards!
