More progress. Downpipe is made and being ceramic coated and not in white. Engine is in, but will be out to fit the downpipe and fiddle with a few bits. Made a new rear strut brace today and am finishing off welding in the seat rails. Seats are off being painted too.

Must say thanks to forge for the coolant hoses. Very nice.

Its the black lambo back in for more work. Not coming to the meet. Need the money for the car (I mean for the awaiting baby!) and the time for the car. If all goes to plan the thing should almost be finished next weekend then running by the next.

Some pics from 2 weeks ago. Need to take more pics of the latest progress with it nearly finished.

There is so much room behind the dash with all the heater removed. All im really waiting for now is a carbon pannel ive had made to mount the gauges in where the heater/stereo pannel was. Going to order a carbon sheet to go in the boot to cover the battery.

By the way what is that on the back of the engine by the down pipe? is it some sort of vibration damper?

Very funny mate... The mount is obviously different to what I have on my LC and just found out that these are Vibra-Technic mountings.
