Ibiza SC - 1 month on..impressions?

Hmm this is the first ive heard of it OR seen it! Most of my partners family owns VAG cars, Audi Cabriolet, Audi S6, Audi Coupe, Seat Ibiza, VW Sharan, Audi S2, Audi A4, VW Polo, and none of their cars have it? Strange feature that kind of annoys me, I cant even turn it off on the screen with a push of a button either...

Oh right, the newest out of their cars is on an 06 plate...my Ibiza is 60 plate so quite a bit newer, its annoying in my opinion.

It's because all of those cars would have KM/H marked in smaller numbers on the analogue speedo.

The Ibiza and newer VAG cars only show MPH on the analogue speedo, so they had to put KM/H on the digital one, as by law it has to be displayed somewhere.

So the only difference is that instead of being on the analogue speedo like the older cars, its on the digital one.

But for an added kick in the teeth, the rest of Europe have the option to switch it between KM/H and MPH

I think we should have the option to switch it as well, I know what you mean thought with most cars having km/h written small on the analog speedo..

yeh i would also like filling stations to show price per gallon as well then i think the country would really know that petrol is over £6 + per gallon.

It must be do-able via vagcom surely? I can't see why the UK one would be completely different to the European one.

i think we have been conned in uk with price per ltr,many people have said to me it only costs £1.37 a ltr,but i tell them its over £6 a gallon and they do not beleave it.
We need to get real in uk as with the fuel protest again.
