Ibiza PD130 mods

What can i achieve with this:

Miltek exhaust
Cupra Intake
K&N Filter
Cupra IC
Diesel IC
Oil IC
Remap

Besides the Turbo and injector nozzles (doing it later), what other "small" mods can i do to improve the power and torque? EGR off, Cat off, ccv bypass? i heard De-Cat is not so good in stock turbo because it helps keeping the pressure constant...
BTW anyone know where i can buy a Sachs or Helix uprated clutch for Ibiza PD130 and the dealer could send overseas to Portugal?

PS: oh of course i improved the handling already etc

Thank you

Ok. I've changed the Cupra intake and K&N filter for a BMC CDA Intake kit, guess i would squeeze some more power from there maybe.

Mine has around 280ftlbs and slips in 3ª and 4ª at around 2000-2500rpm :(
Maybe it's because it has 58 000 miles already...anyway, Sachs Racing clutch coming soon.

It won't matter which intake u have when the turbo is the limiting factor
I see. I'm going for Turbodynamics stageI 1749VB turbo so i will take the benefit from the intake then.

mines at 310 lb ft and mine dont slip really its done 90k now
The stock clutch in the 6L PD 130hp is made to support 350Nm (260lbsft +-). Of course it could take a little more but in some cars it would, others would not...mine slips.

the filter will help more on a hybrid but not a huge amount. stock 130s using generic maps tend to go to 170bhp and with custom maps 180bhp. these are more realistic figures, when you consider dyno lotto etc. pd150s can't realistically make 200 on stock turbos, (well not for long periods of time).

anyway, torque will be the big difference, and thats whats important on a tdi. you'll get a huge jump in torque. I'd do a de-cat and downpipe. the cat itself isn't that restrictive however, its the back box! get rid of the lot :)

Mine has done 90k miles at 200bhp on stock turbo, and it doesn't get an easy life! Totally agree with the exhaust/decat comments though........spot on! Decat and downpipe will have the turbo spinning up sooner in the rev range.

tbh what 200bhp is on one dyno is 190 on another! the turbo just cant do it sorry. no generic map can do that certainly.
