When the flash is eku, the car goes perfectly certain time. Several kilometers or 30-40 min and begins to cut.

I change almost all car and continue to cut down. Is it possible ECU broken? Really please somebody should help 17963 - Charge Pressure: Maximum Limit Exceeded. Trouble frequently found. Nobody has succeeded?

I know something know if my lass had work done there and he spoke to her like that id be makeing sure that he could't put the usb cable into the laptops usb port for a few month.

Whats the out come so far??

There is no out come yet still got my boosting problem and cant get my suspension to budge its gonna have to wait till i have funds available to pay some1 to ajust the suspension, cant see that happening antytime soon.

This car is driving me insane its just 1 thing after another it nearly didnt get me to edition 38 the other week as the fans decided to pack in and it overheated more than once, and now got another joker trying to take me for a ride at a tyre shop, took my car for a puncture repair with my bran spanking new wheels and he damaged it badly, tried telling me he hadnt done it, told him he is paying for the wheel to be done whatever it takes. Even the guy that refurbed my wheels has said it obviously been done by them. Gutted this keeps happening to me but thanks for asking.

Vick thats a shame to hear that its still not boostin for you, I know how u feel i owned a rs turbo befor my cupra and there was something new every week and i took so much energy out me i ended up selling it for parts after spending ££££s

Am the same i have no luck whit cars, My ABS and TCS has came on thats how i found your thread.

Things do have to get worse befor they get better, But when a car is costing u a arm and a leg to run the last thing u need is wanks ripping u off!!

go toanother tuner and get it sorted the guy is a plank but this is so common these days so many specialist tuners appearing that havent got a clue and using copy and paste maps...

cant you get a second hand ecu get that mapped with the trail map and test that way ? then you know it is the map and i sure it can be arranged for him to fix it ust needs the right person to speak with him in his ear

Well things are just going from bad to worse, set off to edition 38 last month and the fans decided to pack in so he overheated. Still not got that repaired when yesterday went to pick my little girl up from school, i pulled up outside the school turned him off locked him went away for 5 minutes. When i came back the central locking didnt work unlocked him by hand turned on the ignition and the dash was flashing like an xmas tree with a strange clicking sound. I thought battery so turned everything off but the stereo would not turn off just kept turning back on, to try and cut a really long story short 2 hours i messed with wiring and so on put it on a booster pack and jump leads but nothing. Rang my dad said i was going home and 2 meet me at car in an hour, went back with vag com and as i was walking to it the radio/ac screen was flashing on and off, pressed the central locking it worked and it fired up straight away...... what the f*ck!!!!!! There was 1 code on vag come 18011 which is something to do with the ecu, this cant be happening to me

Hope everyone else is having better luck than me, not sure i want to be an ibiza owner anymore time to start looking me thinks.

has the turbo actuator been adjusted at all?
does it run a J valve?

overboost on a crappy map, will drop into this fault code mode

Actuator has been adjusted i put back original n75, because it work goes better. With the original software again cut down. If someone can send me file, original or custom i'm ready to try.

if the actuator has been over tightened (too much preload) then this may acount for an initial overboost

how/what are you using to flash this car? Sounds like you are doing this yourself?
What software?

when you say "custom" where did you get it from? as in its been custom mapped out on the road/rollers or a chip?
