 brilliant

was expecting the bocanegra to be round the £16k mark considering the prices of the leons

still very very tempted though ;)

haha :p

I Really dont know why people moan at the price, if your bothered then buy a kia they are cheep but you get crap!

Yes it abit pricey but it brand new, dsg 7 speed 1.4 tsi ect ect

it is quite expensive considering the surrounding market which puts pressure on them being that something extra special

and not far off that price you can get a leon which is a bigger car and more powerful

By the time I come to change my car the prices of a 1-2 year old Cupra/Bocanegra will be just about right for me :D

Aye - think I may be just about done with buying brannies now.

Thinking what is the point of paying £18K for a car when you can pick one up in perfect condition for £12K 12 months and 7000 miles later (talking from personal experience here....;))

It the feel good feeling of a brand new car that no one has driven before apart from you and knowning it hasn't bebe trashed or mistreated

Been there, done that myself but is that feeling/knowledge worth thousands extra? Particularly when the nearly-new car at 12 months old for 2/3rds of the price will still have 2 years warranty?

Not sure myself....

16.5k will get you a new leon cupra....

Ibiza cupras etc will be cheaper that that if you look in the right places.

Might pop down and have a look at a boc once you have one in irfan, the missus wants rid of her new 500 after experiencing the immense power of the k1 and wants a boys car now (her words not mine), trouble is the leon is too big for her, wants dsg and better mpg, so the boc ticks all the boxes!

If they are all DSG then I won`t be getting one, should be an option imo (on the Fr).
Have to wait and see what comes with the diesel, I may defect to a different brand, the wife will No- Way go for it unless it`s manual:whistle:

Just been to my local stealers just to have a little noesy around when one of the sales guys came over and started chatting and he didn't even know how much power the new FR/Cupra was going to have :ban: So I put him right.
He even asked said 'I see you have a mk4 Cupra, is it the derv or the 180 petrol' and when I replyed its the 220bhp petrol he was like :wtf: how!!!

Its a shame when we go to a stealers and we know more about the cars they are trying to sell us than they do....
