Hi Guy's ,

Was hoping someone can steer me in the right direction.

Im in urgent need of 16 Hydraulic lifters for my ABF Powered Seat Ibiza Cupra Sports 2.0 16V & and exhaust manifold gasket?

Part numbers and a site in which I can buy the stuff from.

Parts are so hard to get down under..... nobody stocks even a spark plug !!

VW Golf MK3 2.0 16v shares the same engine.

almost the same but hydros are different

in golf mk3 ABF are fitted hydros with 80gram/piece
in ibiza mk2 ABF are fitted hydros with 50gram/piece

partnumber for seat hydros: 050109309J

These look to be the correct one for the seat, doesn't mention the part number tho
