After troubleshooting the blockage I had couple days we ran a log of my new map. Max g/s was 209 which corresponds pretty much to 155hp? On the log we have we got 202g/s as it was wet and scary on the road. TCS on. The mechanic mentioned theres more power to get from the engine if I care to do some timing and fuel adjustmenst. Graph is not clean. So, 2nd Q. Easiest way to get vag-com?
Seemed like a nipple on the lower end of intake manifold was blocked by sludge perhaps... The PCV valve was in good shape but the jet vacuum pump under the intake manifold looked like it had a small split.
Tomorrow morning well know if it is still blocked.
The car is peaking 26psi in 5th gear and drops steady from 25-20 psi.
